A: Our opening hours as follows:

1st April–31st October: 9am–5pm

1st November–31st March: 9am–4pm

Our opening hours vary with the seasons as there is no street lighting in the area.

A: We accept all major debit and credit cards and BAC transfers, but we do not accept cheques. You can pay at reception on drop-off or pick-up.

A: We do require a deposit for all bookings made during the school holidays.

A: You are more than welcome to bring a toy for your pet. However, we cannot be held responsible for anything that is lost or damaged. Every morning each room is power washed and cleaned, included beds and bowls.

A: Yes. We have dedicated storage units, including fridges and freezers, for a wide variety of pet foods. We also have a microwave in the kennel kitchen.

A: You can drop of or pick up your pet at any time during our opening hours. Please be aware that these hours vary with the seasons.

A: Our reception is not manned on bank holidays as all our staff are outside taking care of the pets. Please feel free to leave us a voicemail or send us a message on Facebook or through our website.

A: Yes. Your dog or cat will receive plenty of exercise. Our premises is completely secure so they will get plenty of opportunities to run around outside.

A: In the night, they will be safely resting indoors in their own bed. In the day, they have a separate day space.

A: Yes. We have central heating and double glazing to ensure your dog or cat will be kept safe and warm all year round.

A: No. We do not offer pick-up or collection services at present.

A: Cats and Dogs will not be allowed be to sleep in the same units.

A: We do allow mixed play, under supervision, depending on the sizes and personalities of the dogs. Think of it like a school playground where we will be keeping a watchful eye.
